KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
We aim to inspire more than impress and we tell our story, as a pair or individually, with honesty, humour and humility. We have analysed our Ice Maiden team to work out why a group of strangers with no previous cold-weather experience became a record-breaking, high performance team. RESILIENCE fOR REMOTE WORKING
We have developed a presentation focussed on the communication challenges of remote working. Sophie shares her unique perspective on resilience and teamwork, incorporating the following themes:

TRAINING WORKSHOPS
We also offer training workshops that drill deeper into the themes discussed during our presentations. Combining current research with Sophie’s 10 years’ corporate experience and Sandy’s 14 years’ military experience, we want delegates to walk away with a toolbox that they can use in their own working environment.
Indoor and outdoor activities
We run indoor and outdoor teamwork and communication activities that give delegates an opportunity to put theory into action. Our physical tasks help to break up a long day of corporate PowerPoint presentations and are guaranteed to get groups talking, mixing and working together. Each of our leaderless tasks has an Antarctic theme and takes groups out of their comfort zone, removing any company hierarchy and allowing delegates to learn something new about themselves and each other.

We are passionate about inspiring young people to set themselves a challenge and have the determination to see it through. We offer a corporate speaking package that covers our speakers' fee for the main company event, but also funds our visit to a school of your choice where we will deliver a presentation or workshop*.
